SHIPPING DETAILS

We are currently shipping within Nepal only.

SHIPPING CHARGES 

We ship products throughout Nepal, however we request our valuable customer residing outside of the valley to compensate first. The cost of shipping is determined by your location.

Return & Refund Policy

Your trust is important to us. We try our best to get your order right the first time.

​We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase or shipment to return or exchange the item.
In the event of a wrong size, we will give a full replacement or, if the product size is unavailable, a full refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at lakheynepal@gmail.com with a picture of the item and your order details to be taken and sent to the email within 6-12 hours of receiving the damaged goods.
We will contact you as soon as possible and may request that you return the item for a full refund if it is unused and in its original packaging.
