1. Delivery around Kathmandu is Nrs 100/-, Buddhanilkantha and Bhaktapur is Nrs 120/-

2. Outside valley delivery is priced Nrs 100 – 150 per kg depending on location

3. Package bought will be fully refunded if the package is returned within 5days of purchase, delivery charges won’t be refundable

4. Refund is only applicable if sizes are not available or other options (secondary preference)

5. Exchange of goods is available if the customer comes with a bill within 5 days

6. Free deliveries are applicable during the sale week

7. If packages bought during “free delivery offers” are returned or refund delivery charges will be cut during refunds

8. If the package is returned with the damage it won’t be refunded
